Revocation instructions

Right of Revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) received the goods purchased.

In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (GPS STATION Co. V. Bugescu, Dangersstr. 1a, 30419 Hannover-Herrenhausen, GERMANY, kontakt@gps-station.net) by way of an unambiguous declaration (such as a letter sent by post, a fax or an email) on the decision to withdraw from the contract.   
To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication on the exercise of the right to revocation before the revocation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract we are obliged to refund all payments received from you including shipping costs (with exception of the costs generated by a way of delivery other than the cost-effective standard delivery offered by us) immediately and latest within 14 days starting from the day in which we received your revocation declaration. For such reimbursement we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Note that you must send back the goods without undue delay and in any case by no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate to us your cancellation of this order. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the regular cost of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling which was not necessary in order to check the quality, properties and functionalities of the goods.
