General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

The following GTCs apply to all orders placed via our online shop.

2. Parties to the Contract, Contract Conclusion

The purchase contract is concluded with GPS STATION Co. V. Bugescu.

By listing the products in the online shop, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products into your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided for this purpose in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

3. Contract Language, Contract Text Storage

The languages available for the contract conclusion are German and English.

We store the contract text and send you your order information and our GTCs via e-mail. You can also view and download the GTCs on this page at any time. You can view your past orders in our customer login area.

4. Delivery Terms

Within Germany, we ship free of charge with DHL. In addition, we provide you with a DHL shipping label so you can send us your device free of charge.

You have the option to pick up your order at GPS STATION Co. V. Bugescu, Dangersstr. 1a, 30419 Hannover-Herrenhausen, GERMANY during the following business hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (by appointment only).

Outside Germany, please send the device to us at your expense. Your return shipment will then be sent to you free of charge.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are available to you in our shop:

Advance Payment

If you choose advance payment as your payment option, we will send you our bank details in a separate e-mail and deliver the product after the payment has been received.

Klarna Online Bank Transfer

After submitting the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider SOFORT Online Bank Transfer. To be able to pay the invoice amount via SOFORT Online Bank Transfer, you must have an online banking account with a PIN/TAN that has been activated for the participation in SOFORT Online Bank Transfer, log in accordingly and confirm payment to us. You will receive additional information during the ordering process. The payment transaction is then immediately carried out by SOFORT Online Bank Transfer, and your account is debited.

Credit Card

When you place your order, you will submit your credit card information to the payment service provider Stripe, Inc. The payment transaction is then automatically carried out by the credit card company, and your card is debited.

Cash Payment During Pickup

You pay the invoice amount in cash during pickup.

6. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with apparent transport damage, please report such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. The failure to report such defects or to contact us does not have any effect on your statutory rights or their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, by reporting the defects, you help us assert our own claims against the freight carrier/the transport insurance.

7. Guarantee and Warranty

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, statutory warranty rights apply. The period of limitation for claims due to damages in case of used goods is one year from the time the products are delivered. The above limitations and deadlines do not apply to claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives or agents

  • in case of injury to life, limb or health,
  • in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty as well as fraudulent intent,
  • in case of a breach of essential contractual obligations that must be met in order to properly execute the contract and that the contractual partner may regularly rely on (cardinal duties),
  • in case of agreed warranty promises or
  • to the extent that these fall within the scope of the German Product Liability Act.
7.1 Expiry of Statutory Warranty

Once the statutory warranty has expired, we grant:

a service guarantee that is unlimited in terms of time and location. We commit to
indefinite period, the necessary work for the repair of
damage caused by wear and tear or damage caused unintentionally.
The customer undertakes to bear the shipping costs and the purchase price for the

are not limited by the guarantee.

8. Liability

We are always liable without limitation for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives or agents

  • in case of injury to life, limb or health,
  • in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
  • in case of agreed warranty promises or
  • to the extent that these fall within the scope of the German Product Liability Act.

In case of a breach of essential contractual obligations that must be met in order to properly execute the contract and that the contractual partner may regularly rely on (cardinal duties), slight negligence by us, our legal representatives or agents, liability is limited to the foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract. In addition, claims for damages are excluded.

9. Dispute Settlement

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute settlement (OS), which you can find here http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obligated or willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure in front of a consumer arbitration board.
